1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Business contact data you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or social media: name, company, job title, email, phone number, country and the content of your messages and orders.
• Order and invoicing data needed to issue offers, proformas and invoices.
• Website: this website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and has no contact form. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

3. Social media accounts and our publishing tool

We run official MNF EXPORT accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Our internal tool "MNF EXPORT Publisher" connects only to these accounts of our own, with our authorisation, to upload and publish our own videos and images. Through this connection the platform gives us basic information about our own account (such as account name and profile picture) and the status of our posts. We do not collect, store or process personal data of other TikTok, Instagram or Facebook users through this tool. If you message or comment on our social accounts, the platform's own privacy policy also applies.

4. Why we use your data and legal basis

• To reply to your enquiries and send offers you ask for (steps before a contract / legitimate interest).
• To process orders, invoices and deliveries (performance of a contract).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• To send occasional trade offers to business contacts (legitimate interest). You can stop these at any time by replying STOP.

5. Sharing

We share data only where needed: with transport and logistics companies for deliveries, with our accountants and authorities where the law requires, and with IT providers that host our email and files. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers (for example email and cloud services) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry and contact data: for as long as we have a business relationship and up to 3 years after the last contact. Invoicing data: for the period required by Portuguese tax law (currently 10 years).

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for data portability, by writing to sales@mnfexport.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
