1. Who we are

This website (mnfexport.com) and the MNF EXPORT social media accounts are operated by MONAFANAT – Comércio e Distribuição, Lda. ("MNF EXPORT", "we", "us"), a company registered in Portugal with NIF/VAT PT509988245, Rua Cidade de Faro 7, Armazém B, 2660-023 Frielas, Portugal. Contact: sales@mnfexport.com.

2. Purpose of this website

This website presents MNF EXPORT and the product categories we trade. It is intended for business customers (wholesalers, importers, distributors and retail operators) only. Nothing on this website is an offer to consumers.

3. Offers and orders

Product images and brand names are shown for information only. Prices, availability, quantities and delivery terms are confirmed only in a written offer or proforma invoice sent by us. A contract is formed only when both parties confirm the proforma in writing. Our written offers and proformas take precedence over anything shown on this website or on social media.

4. Trademarks

All brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. Their use on this website only identifies the products we trade and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or an exclusive relationship with the brand owners.

5. Social media publishing tool

We use an internal tool ("MNF EXPORT Publisher") that connects to our own TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts in order to publish our own marketing content (product videos and images). The tool is used only by MNF EXPORT staff, only for MNF EXPORT's own accounts, and is not offered to the public. When we connect our own account, we authorise the platform to let the tool upload and publish content on that account. We do not use it to access other users' accounts or data.

6. Use of this website

You may browse this website and contact us. You may not copy the website content for commercial use, try to disrupt the website, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date and is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on the website content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
